A session is typically 45-minutes long. 90-minute sessions are treated as two sessions.
Other session lengths are pro-rated.
Counseling is talk therapy.

Sessions work best if done once or twice per week initially
EAPs are usuually given for 3 to 8 sessions..

Longer intervals require time to catch up.
If you live at a distance from office you may want to have 2 sessions at a time.
After EAP sessions used, you can to Insurance to continue, request another EAP.
There is no copay for EAP sessions.
You may start and stop treatment at any time.
There is a $45 penalty for scheduling a session and then no-showing.
You need to call to cancel any session at least 1-hour beforehand.
